Caldic B.V divests Caldic Food Service & Retail Sweden AB
The Dutch company Caldic B.V., engaged in the global development of specialty solutions in the food, health- and personal care and industrial markets, has entered into an agreement to divest Caldic Food Service & Retail Sweden AB, a company specialized in the development, production and distribution of marzipan, nuts, seeds, kernels, pulses and dried fruits in the Nordics, to Acomo N.V.
The divestment is subject to customary regulatory approvals and expected to be completed during the third quarter of 2024.
Caldic B.V. was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
