Klara Hellström Ängerud is a Senior Associate in Mannheimer Swartling’s Funds and Investments practice group. Klara mainly represents clients on fund formations and capital raisings in private growth companies, but also assists on other related matters, such as incentive programs and restructurings.
On the capital raising side, Klara has assisted on several large and complex capital raising transactions and her client base includes growth companies within a wide range of sectors, from industrial to tech, but with a particular focus on sustainable companies and the green transition. On the fund formation side, Klara’s experience includes private equity funds as well as credit funds and Swedish as well as non-Swedish structures.
