Katarzyna Lewandowska is specialised in intellectual property, marketing law and Tech, with a focus on IP-intensive transactions and complex commercial agreements. She has extensive experience advising Swedish and international companies in large M&A transactions and carve-outs, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, particularly licence and R&D agreements relating to intellectual property and technology.
Katarzyna also provides strategic advice on the protection, commercialisation and compliance of intellectual property rights, as well as on marketing and consumer protection law. She has acted as counsel before the Swedish Patent and Market Courts in patent, copyright and marketing disputes, and has experience of proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
