David Akrad is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Dispute Resolution practice group. He specialises in arbitration and civil litigation and assists at all stages of a dispute – from the early case assessments and claim letters to settlement negotiations and proceedings before Swedish and international arbitral tribunals as well as Swedish courts.
David Akrad has acted as counsel in arbitrations under the SCC, the ICC, the SIAC and the UNCITRAL rules in both Sweden and abroad. He has experience from a wide range of areas and industry sectors, including oil & gas, telecom, agency and distribution, medical technology, shareholders’ and cooperation agreements, machinery and equipment, automotive, and construction.
