Christian specialises in finance and debt capital markets, advising on a broad range of transactions including acquisition finance, real estate finance, corporate lending, bond issuances and debt restructurings. He represents domestic and international clients across a wide range of sectors, including lenders, borrowers, arrangers, issuers, financial institutions, sponsors, private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as public sector entities.
