Anna Remse is a senior expert in Criminal Law, specialized in corporate crime and investigations. With her solid background as a public prosecutor at the Swedish Economic Crime Authority and the National Anti-Corruption Unit, Anna has broad experience from leading criminal investigations focusing on financial crime cases, corruption and other serious crimes. She advises companies and organizations exposed to criminal activities, internal or external, and also if there is a criminal suspicion against the company or the organization itself. Anna assists clients with internal investigations, strategic crisis management and contacts with concerned authorities, e.g. during an on-going preliminary investigation. Having a long-standing practice from the police and the public prosecution service, as well as from numerous proceedings in court, Anna has great experience in Criminal Law assessments and in evaluating evidence in the actual case.
