Valedo and others sell JOBmeal to JDE

Jacobs Douwe Egberts, one of the world´s largest coffee groups (controlled by JAB Holding), has acquired JOBmeal Holding AB from Valedo and others. JOBmeal was founded in 2000 by a number of local Swedish companies with similar service and product offerings with focus on office coffee solutions. Valedo invested in JOBmeal in 2016, and during Valedo’s ownership JOBmeal has completed four add-on acquisitions, including expansion into Finland. JOBmeal is today a leading office coffee solutions provider in Sweden and Finland with strong local presence through 35 offices.

Valedo was represented by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction, which is subject to competition approval.
