Summa Equity acquires Infobric AB
Summa Equity has acquired Infobric AB, a provider of software and IoT products for among other things attendance systems, access control and energy efficiency on construction sites. Infobric’s solutions are current used in over 10,000 constructions sites primarily in Sweden, Norway and the Great Britain.
The acquisition marks the first investment done in Summa Equity’s second fund that was closed earlier in 2019. The shares in Infobric were acquired from the majority seller Jönköping Business Development AB alongside the company’s founders and certain management persons. The management team will remain as significant shareholders in the company.
