Stena Adactum, AMG, and KLP enter into a partnership to continue to develop Stena Renewable

AMF Pensionsförsäkring AB (“AMF”) and Kommunal Landspensjonkasse gjensidige forsikringsselskap (”KLP”) have entered into an agreement for the purpose of acquiring a substantial part of the shares in Stena Renewable AB from Stena Adactum AB, for the purpose to jointly realise Stena Renewable’s extensive wind project portfolio.

Stena Renewable is one of Sweden’s largest onshore wind power companies with 94 turbines and an installed capacity of 244 MW. The company also has a competitive wind project portfolio of 150-200 turbines, exceeding 600 MW, that entails investments of approximately six billion SEK.

Stena Adactum was represented by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
