Solix Group AB acquires Terratech AB

Solix Group AB, a Malmö/Copenhagen based investment company, has on 25 April 2019 acquired Terratech AB, a holding company conducting business in the field of fasteners, tiltrotators, electronics and tools for excavators and other tool carriers.

Solix was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
