Söderberg & Partners acquires a minority stake of the shares in JRS Asset Management
Söderberg & Partners has acquired a minority stake of 49% of the shares in JRS Asset Management, a wealth management firm focused on Family Office. JRS’ client base largely consists of high net-worth individuals and will complement Söderberg & Partner’s existing offering by adding additional expertise and experience, strengthening its wealth management services.
The transaction is conditioned upon approval by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
