Skanska Wind Power Invest sells share in Sjisjka wind park to BlackRock

Skanska Wind Power Invest has sold all its shares (corresponding to 2/3 of all shares) in Sjisjka Vind AB to a fund administrated by BlackRock, for a purchase price of approximately SEK 160 million.

Sjisjka Vind owns the producing onshore wind park Sjisjka, located in the municipality of Gällivare. The wind park comprises 30 Vestas V100 2.6 MW wind turbines with an installed capacity of 78 MW. Sjisjka Vind also owns the subsidiary Sjisjka Nät, that distributes electricity from wind power generated in the park.

Sjisjka Wind Power Invest develops and manages design, construction, maintenance and financing of social infrastructure. BlackRock is one of the world’s largest asset manager, and has significant energy expertise, inter alia.
