Sandvik acquires Kunshan Ousike Precision Tools Co. Ltd. (OSK)
Sandvik has acquired the Chinese company Kunshan Ousike Precision Tools Co. Ltd. (OSK), a leading supplier of solid carbide round tools in China. The acquisition will strengthen Sandvik’s position and product offering to the fast growing Chinese electronics industry. OSK will be part of the Seco division in Sandvik Machining Solutions.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Mannheimer Swartling has through their office in Shanghai acted as Sandvik’s advisor in the transaction.
