Rockspring and Vencom sell Lidingö Centrum
The British real estate fund Rockspring, together with Vencom, sell Lidingö Centrum to Grosvenor. Lidingö Centrum has an area of around 19 900 square meters in total and is the main service center at Lidingö with 42 commercial tenants, among others, Coop, Systembolaget, H&M, Dressmann and Lindex.
The sellers, Rockspring and Vencom, were advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
