REMONDIS acquires Ad Infinitum Recycling AB
REMONDIS has acquired Ad Infinitum Reycling AB, a company engaged in the waste management market and with a yearly turnover of 200 MSEK. The company, with head-quarter in Borås, primarily focuses on collecting and treating commercial and municipal waste as well as material collected via the Swedish take-back scheme for used sales packaging.
REMONDIS is one of the world’s largest recycling, service and water companies. With over 30.000 employees and around 800 business locations on four continents, the group serves more than 30 million people and many thousands of companies.
REMONDIS was represented by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
