Preem divests Preem Gas to Kosan Gas

Preem has divested Preem Gas to Kosan Gas.

Preem Gas markets, sells and transports liquefied petroleum gas products. The product portfolio consists of propane and butane solutions and mixtures of these.

Preem is the largest fuel company in Sweden and has a vision to lead the transformation towards a sustainable society. Preem’s two refineries are considered to be among the most modern and environmentally efficient refineries in Europe with a refining capacity of over 18 million cubic meters of crude oil per year. The business includes production, sales, distribution, trade and supply.

Kosan Gas is one of the main suppliers of gas in the Nordic region. Kosan Gas is owned by UGI Corporation, which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). UGI operates LPG companies in the United States and in 16 European countries under the names AmeriGas, AvantiGas, Antargaz, Finagaz and Flaga.
