Nordisk Vindkraft divests Norwegian wind farm project to Mirova

Nordisk Vindkraft has divested the wind farm project Vardafjellet located outside of Sandnes in Rogaland county in Norway to the French asset management fund Mirova Eurofideme 4. In connection with this, Nordisk Vindkraft and Mirova Eurofideme 4 have reached a commercial agreement for the purchase, construction and management of the wind farm, which means that Nordisk Vindkraft will carry out the construction and management of the wind farm. The planned wind farm will consist of 7 wind turbine generators of a total of 29 MW and have the potential to produce renewable energy for approximately 17,000 households.

Nordisk Vindkraft is part of the RES Group (Renewable Energy Systems) and is developing, financing, constructing and managing wind farms on behalf of its customers and itself on the Nordic market.

Nordisk Vindkraft was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
