JOBmeal has acquired Selecta’s Finnish business

JOBmeal Group AB has acquired Oy Selecta Ab, Selecta’s Finnish business. Oy Selecta Ab offers coffee, vending and related services throughout Finland. JOBmeal Group AB, whose majority owner is Valedo Partners Fund II AB, is a leading provider of workplace coffee solutions in Sweden. The acquisition requires approval by the EU Commission and is expected to be completed in March 2018.
