E.ON acquires Coromatic

E.ON has signed an agreement with EQT and multiple minority shareholders to acquire 100 per cent of the shares in Coromatic.

The Coromatic Group is a leading supplier of critic facility infrastructures in the Nordic countries and provides delivery certainty to protect critical functions such as data centres, transport, energy, communication, health service and authorities. The Group assists its customers securing data communication and power supply to critic facilities, through providing services and solutions which deliver power back-up and uninterrupted power supply.

E.ON Sverige is part of the international E.ON-group, one of the world’s largest investor owned energy companies. E.ON has about 2 200 co-workers in Sweden.

E.ON was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
