Altor acquires BTI Studios

Altor Fund IV has acquired BTI Studios, a leading global localization player, from Carlyle European Technology Partners II. BTI Studios provides dubbing, subtitling and access services in over 50 languages to Video-on-Demand platforms, major film studios and broadcasters.

Altor Fund IV was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
