The Sven Unger Company Law Scholarship

In memory of our dear friend and colleague, Sven Unger, Mannheimer Swartling and the Swedish Corporate Governance Institute are together offering a one-year postdoctoral research scholarship in company law.

Sven had a special interest in company law and, in recent years, focused on theory and practice relating to general meetings.

The scholarship is open to both Swedish and international applicants and the deadline for the application is 15 May 2023. Read more about the scholarship here.
