New partnership to support social entrepreneurs

Mannheimer Swartling has entered into a strategic partnership with Social Initiative, with the ambition of supporting social entrepreneurs and organisations working to address societal challenges in different parts of the world.

Through the collaboration, we aim to share expertise, experience and networks in order to provide Social Initiative and the social entrepreneurs with better opportunities to develop and scale businesses with long-term social impact.

Social Initiative works to support social entrepreneurs who address various societal challenges globally through innovative approaches. Its operations are based on close collaboration between the organisation, the business community, philanthropists and social entrepreneurs. By providing capital, knowledge and structure, Social Initiative helps entrepreneurs develop and strengthen their organisations. Social Initiative is also responsible for monitoring, impact measurement and the ongoing oversight of initiatives.

– At Mannheimer Swartling, we see great value in contributing to positive social change, and the work carried out by Social Initiative is closely aligned with our own values. Through this partnership, we hope to contribute both expertise and commitment in support of social entrepreneurs and organisations working to address complex societal challenges, says Henrik Dock, Managing Partner at Mannheimer Swartling.

– We believe in contributing where we can make a meaningful difference. Social Initiative is carrying out impressive work with impact across several parts of the world, and we look forward to supporting its continued development and the entrepreneurs it works with, says Maria Holme, Partner leading the collaboration at Mannheimer Swartling.

For Social Initiative, the partnership represents an opportunity to further strengthen its own organisation as well as the support provided to the entrepreneurs and organisations within their network.

– We’re excited to start this collaboration with Mannheimer Swartling. The firm’s long-term perspective and strong commitment to social issues make it a highly suitable and important partner for us, says Pernilla Bard, founder of Social Initiative.

– Through this collaboration, we gain access to valuable expertise and a network that can help develop our work and create even greater impact for the social entrepreneurs we support, says Caroline Cederlöf, founder of Social Initiative.
