Mannheimer Swartling top choice law firm by Swedish law students

Mannheimer Swartling has been elected the most popular law firm by Swedish law students. For remarkable 20 consecutive years, Mannheimer Swartling has been the top employer among law firms in Sweden’s largest student survey, “The Company Barometer”.

– We are very proud and glad to have been elected the most popular law firm by Swedish law students for the 20th consecutive year, and for us it is of the outmost importance to continue to earn the law students’ trust. We continuously work on developing our leadership, our values and our strong business culture. Our leadership has to be present, empathetic and coaching, enabling everyone working at Mannheimer Swartling to perform their very best. One reason Swedish law students year after year continue to elect us as the most popular law firm is probably because we have been able to communicate all of this and that Mannheimer Swartling stands for a healthy and sympathetic work environment that is sustainable in all aspects. To be able to provide our clients with the best possible legal advice, we need the best lawyers. Therefore, it is crucial that we continue with our long-term efforts to secure our position as the most attractive workplace for Sweden’s lawyers. This requires us to be responsive and willing to adapt when the circumstances shift, says Jan Dernestam, Managing Partner at Mannheimer Swartling, and continues:

– Mannheimer Swartling is dependent on that all our employees perform at their highest level. Therefore we always have to support and help each other so that we can continue to exceed our clients expectations.

The Company Barometer is conducted annually by Universum and is a comprehensive student survey on careers, working life and the future. Around 25,000 students from Sweden’s universities and colleges participated in the survey, voting for Sweden’s 100 most attractive employers.
