Mannheimer Swartling ranked highest by law students – for the 24th consecutive year
Mannheimer Swartling has once again been named Sweden’s most attractive law firm by law students in Universum’s FöretagsBarometern survey. This marks the 24th consecutive year that the firm has been selected as law students’ first choice among law firms. In addition, Mannheimer Swartling has been ranked as the most attractive employer in the entire legal sector for the seventh time.
“We are very proud to continue to have such strong trust among law students. With so much happening in our industry, this is a particularly exciting time to be a lawyer. We want to keep building an environment with plenty of energy, where people develop and enjoy working together,” says Henrik Dock, Managing Partner at Mannheimer Swartling.
Each year, Mannheimer Swartling meets many law students through its trainee programmes, mentoring initiatives and collaborations with universities across Sweden. This close exchange with students is an important part of the firm’s continued development.
“It is important to us that students gain a clear and honest understanding of who we are and how we work. We also listen closely to students to better understand what the next generation of lawyers wants and values in their careers,” says Henrik Dock.
FöretagsBarometern is conducted by Universum and is one of Sweden’s largest student surveys on careers and future employers. Around 25,000 students from universities and other higher education institutions across Sweden took part in this year’s survey.
