Newly elected partners
Martin Andersén is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Real Estate practice group and is based in the firm’s Malmö office. Martin assists clients with all real property related matters, but with a particular focus on real estate M&A, joint-ventures, property development and construction law. Martin regularly advises both Swedish and international investors and institutions.
Martin joined the firm in 2015. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and has an LL.M from Lund University. Martin has previously been located at both the firm’s office in Gothenburg and New York.
Kristin Eickhoff is a member of the Dispute Resolution practice group based in the firm’s Malmö office. She specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration, with a focus on construction and infrastructure disputes, and has also experience from various forms of alternative dispute resolution. Kristin has worked on several of the largest construction disputes the firm has handled in recent years. In addition to typical dispute resolution work, Kristin has significant experience in providing ongoing dispute-related advice on major ongoing construction and infrastructure projects. Kristin regularly teaches at Lund University’s Faculty of Law.
Kristin joined the firm in 2017. She is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and holds a law degree from Lund University.
Arvid Eklann Lemonte is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s dispute resolution group and is based in the firm’s Gothenburg office. He specialises in commercial arbitration and litigation, with particular focus on construction/infrastructure disputes. He has acted as counsel in a number of ICC arbitrations, SCC arbitrations, ad hoc arbitrations, and court cases.
Arvid joined the firm in 2014. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and has an LL.M. from Gothenburg University.
Sandra Röijer
David Sandberg is is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s dispute resolution group and is based in the firm’s Gothenburg office. He specialises in dispute resolution, with particular experience from arbitration. He has represented clients in commercial disputes under several institutional arbitration rules (including the SCC and the ICC). His experience includes disputes in a number of different areas, such as share purchase agreements, licensing, cooperation agreements and in several different industries, including energy, telecom, defence and biotech. He also has experience from representing clients before Swedish courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union, and in investment disputes under bilateral investment treaties and the ICSID convention. David also gives lectures and holds seminars on dispute resolution and arbitration related topics at universities.
David joined the firm in 2012. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and has an LL.M. from Gothenburg University.
