Mannheimer Swartling appoints eight new partners

Newly elected partners

Ellen Alders is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Corporate Commercial group and is based in the firm’s Stockholm office. Ellen regularly advises clients on a wide range of national and international commercial matters, with a particular focus on large industrial and infrastructure projects. Ellen has extensive experience in the procurement of complex delivery and outsourcing agreements, as well as other commercial agreements such as off-take and cooperation agreements. Ellen joined the firm in 2017 and holds an LL.M. degree from Stockholm University.

Oscar Gerdhem is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Financial Regulation group and is based in the firm’s Stockholm office.

Emil Görrel is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Banking and Finance group and is based in the firm’s Gothenburg office. Emil regularly advises clients in Swedish and international finance transactions, including acquisition finance, property finance, project finance, structured finance, bond issuances and other debt capital market transactions. Emil’s practice also includes advising on derivative transactions and financial regulatory issues. Emil regularly assists Swedish and foreign clients – banks and other financial institutions as well as companies, municipalities, regions/county councils and state institutions.

Mathilda Haglund is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Mergers and Acquisitions group and is based in the firm’s Stockholm office. She advises industrial companies and financial sponsors on private M&A transactions, including acquisitions and divestments, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, mergers and demergers, as well as investments across a range of sectors. She has considerable experience in complex carve-outs and separations, often with multi-jurisdictional footprints and demanding disentanglements. Her practice also covers technology-driven transactions and transactions within the financial sector, where she has acted on a number of high-profile international mandates.

Mikaela Wedbäck Pizevska is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Mergers and Acquisitions group and is based in the firm’s Malmö office. She advises industrial companies and financial investors across a range of sectors in both Swedish and international contexts, including on acquisitions and divestments, joint ventures, strategic collaborations and investments, and restructurings. Mikaela’s practice also includes advising on energy-related transactions, particularly within the wind power sector, and she additionally provides general corporate law advice.

Josefine Rex works in Mannheimer Swartling’s Public M&A and Capital Markets group and is based in the firm’s Stockholm office. She specialises in capital markets law and focuses in particular on capital markets transactions, including public takeover offers, initial public offerings and other equity capital raisings. Josefine also advises listed companies on matters including corporate governance and disclosure obligations.

Marcus Ringborg is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Corporate Taxation group and is based in the firm’s Stockholm office.

Petter Ullman is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Mergers and Acquisitions group and is based in the firm’s Stockholm office.
