Sweco acquires Fimpec Group

Sweco has acquired Fimpec Group, a company specialised in consulting, engineering, and project and construction management within the green transition of the energy and industry sector.

Fimpec Group employs around 400 experts and had a turnover of about EUR 51 million in 2024.

Mannheimer Swartling advised Sweco with respect to Swedish matters in the transaction. The firm’s team mainly consisted of Carl Björk, Erik Hellberg, Josefine Wålinder, Ellen Gustafsson, Samuel Guillard, Saleh Ashkar and Felicia Lindström.
