SEB provides a fund credit facility to Alder Strategic Opportunities Fund I
Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) (SEB) has entered into a credit facility agreement with the continuation fund Alder Strategic Opportunities Fund I (ASOF I), which will primarily be used to finance the fund’s acquisition of the portfolio companies SI and SMG from Alder II.
The fund’s investor base consists of a number of experienced institutional investors, with Pantheon as lead investor. ASOF I is classified as an Article 9 fund, in line with Alder’s investment principles and the integrated sustainability approach in the companies.
