PriceRunner acquires Prisguiden

PriceRunner has on 22 September 2021 entered into an agreement through which PriceRunner acquires the shares in the Norwegian price and product comparison site Prisguiden from Digitale Medier 1881 AS and Tini Invest AS.

PriceRunner is one of Europe’s leading price and product comparison sites and through the acquisition of Prisguiden it expands its business to Norway.

PriceRunner was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
