Northern Horizon acquires six care and nursing homes in Sweden
Northern Horizon has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of six care and nursing homes in Falkenberg, Löddeköpinge, Huddinge, Norrtälje, Sölvesborg, and Ängelholm.
The six facilities, which were completed between 2019 and 2021, comprise a total area of approximately 27 000 square metres.
Northern Horizon was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team consisted of Tomas Johansson, Karolina Gerdau, Annie Lind, and Sebastian Norrby.
