Njordr divests wind and solar power development activities in Sweden and Finland

Njordr AS divests its wind and solar development business in Sweden and Finland to Renewable Power Capital (RPC). The transaction includes 22 onshore wind and solar projects with a total potential installed capacity of 1.9 GW.

Njordr AS is a subsidiary of Vanir Green Industries AS. Njordr’s activities include identifying, developing and optimising wind, solar and hybrid projects.
