Mellby Gård and others divested Hedson Group to Storskogen

Mellby Gård, the board of directors and members of management in Hedson Technologies International AB have divested all shares in the company to Storskogen.

Hedson markets and sells premium products in the curing, lifts and washing sectors for the automotive industry and the corresponding after-market. The group reported an annual turnover of 256 MSEK and EBITA of 35 MSEK for the fiscal year 2021.

Mannheimer Swartling advised the sellers in the transaction.
