Lindab acquires Vicon

Lindab acquires Vicon, which is a leading manufacturer in the US of rectangular ventilation duct machinery.

Lindab is today present in the market through the brands Spiro and Firmac, and with the acquisition of Vicon, Lindab’s sales in the US more than triples while the global sales of machines for duct production doubles.

Lindab is an international group that develops, manufactures, markets and distributes products and system solutions for simplified construction and improved indoor climate.

Lindab was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
