Knoxville and other shareholders divest DBT Capital to NOBA Bank Group

Knoxville AB has, together with the other shareholders in DBT Capital AB, entered into an agreement for the divestment of all shares in DBT Capital AB to NOBA Bank Group AB (publ). DBT Capital provides loans to small and medium-sized companies in the Swedish market.

The transaction is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2026.

Knoxville AB was advised by Mannheimer Swartling​ in the transaction. The firm’s team consisted of Maria Holme, Therese Lund Kirkhoff, Henrik Larsson, Gabriella Olsson, Rawaz Nermany and Hedda Hedenskog.
