Eurocommercial acquires Avion Shopping in Umeå
Eurocommercial has acquired the 45,000 square metres Avion Shopping centre in Umeå from Ingka Centres for almost SEK 1.2 billion.
Avion Shopping is a dominant retail destination in the region, with strong anchor tenants such as Willys, H&M, Clas Ohlson and Stadium. The shopping centre is complemented by a well-balanced mix of national and international retailers, restaurants and service operators.
Mannheimer Swartling advised Ingka Centres on the transaction. The firm’s team primarily consisted of Tomas Johansson, Henric Diefke, Karolina Gerdau, Ellen Gustafsson and Sebastian Norrby.
