Eolus completes refinancing through issuance of bonds, a new super senior revolving credit facility and a new construction facility
Eolus Aktiebolag’s (publ) (”Eolus”) refinancing included the successful issue of SEK 550 million green senior secured bonds under a SEK 1.5 billion framework, the establishment of a new super senior revolving credit facility, and the establishment of a new construction facility.
The refinancing package strengthens the Company’s capital structure, extends its debt maturity profile, and secures long-term financing for renewable energy projects. The new green senior secured bonds, admitted to trading on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm, were issued under the Company’s recently established green framework.
Eolus is a leading developer of innovative and customised renewable energy solutions. They have established projects in the Nordics, the Baltics, Poland and the USA. Their project portfolio includes more than 26 GW of wind, solar and energy storage projects. Eolus’ shares of series B are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
