Duni AB acquires Sharp Serviettes
Duni AB has signed an agreement to acquire 80% of the shares in United Corporation Limited (trading as Sharp Serviettes).
Sharp Serviettes is a leading manufacturer and supplier of napkins as well as hygien and serving products for food in New Zealand.
Sharp Serviettes has 45 employees with a production facility in west Auckland and distributes products all across New Zealand which includes distributing products from Duni.
Duni was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
