Aspira and Rovik obtain debt financing for the establishment and growth of the Rovik Group
In June 2026, Rovik Group AB entered into a credit facilities agreement with a Nordic bank. The credit facilities will primarily be used to finance the acquisitions forming Rovik Group (“Rovik”) as well as future acquisitions as part of the group’s continued expansion.
Rovik is a new group in rail infrastructure bringing together leading specialists in railway, metro and tramway infrastructure. Rovik brings together local entrepreneurs to form a new player in Sweden, with the ambition to expand further. The group includes Nordic Trax Group, NTVF, Honk & Sandström and ENTHR, as well as additional companies that will be announced shortly.
Rovik is owned by Aspira, a leading private equity firm in the Nordics focused on B2B buy and build investments.
Aspira and Rovik were advised by Mannheimer Swartling in connection with the transaction. The firm’s team consisted of Daniel Khayyami, Rasmus Ringström, Filip Andersson and Moa Werner.
