Alight acquires operational solar power plant in Falkenberg municipality

Alight AB acquires the operational solar power plant Ramsjöholm in Falkenberg municipality from Soltech Energy Solutions AB.

The Ramsjöholm solar power plant has an installed capacity of 11 MW and delivers clean energy to the local grid. The transaction represents the first acquisition of a commissioned solar power plant in Alight’s portfolio.

Alight is a leading solar power plant developer and independent power producer that develops, owns and operates solar power facilities across Europe.

Alight was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
