Accent Equity divests all of their shares in Bogfelts Holding AB

The investment fund Accent Equity 2012 L.P. and the minority shareholders have divested all of their shares in Bogfelts Holding AB and its subsidiaries to Joakim Bogfelt, the founder and CEO of the company. The company is a leading full-service provider of installation and service of street and outdoor lighting, with a strong presence and stable customer base in the greater Stockholm area.
