Accent Equity closes a SEK 1,500 million continuation fund
Mannheimer Swartling has acted as lead legal counsel to Accent Equity in connection with the establishment of Accent Equity CV, a continuation fund acquiring three portfolio companies from existing Accent Equity funds.
Accent Equity CV, with total commitments of approximately SEK 1,500 million, has been established to acquire three portfolio companies from Accent Equity V and Accent Equity VI, with both funds fully exiting their ownership in these companies. Accent Equity CV also provides an additional SEK 500 million to fund strategic acquisitions across the portfolio companies.
The three companies included in Accent Equity CV are Tempcon, a leading provider of temperature-controlled logistics mainly serving producers, wholesalers and retailers in the Swedish food industry; Nordic Grid Solutions, a Nordic growth platform within e-mobility and low-voltage infrastructure; and ThorSvecon Group, a logistics company offering door-to-door sustainable solutions integrating short sea liner services, terminals, warehousing, forwarding and agency services.
