Verisk acquires Mavera

Verisk (Nasdaq: VRSK), a leading global data analytics provider, has entered into an agreement to acquire Mavera, a Stockholm-based InsurTech firm with a strong regional presence and established customer base for its personal injury claims management platform.

The acquisition of Mavera will support Verisk’s expansion in Continental Europe and its continued growth as a technology and analytics partner to the global insurance industry.
