Svedbergs i Dalstorp AB (publ) acquires bathroom interior trading company Cassøe A/S
Svedbergs i Dalstorp AB (publ), one of Swedens market leading manufacturers of bathroom furniture, has on 1 December 2020 acquired 100% of the shares in the Danish bathroom interior trading company Cassøe A/S. The purchase price amount to a maximum of SEK 97 million. Cassøe A/S is a family business active in the Danish market based in Herning, Denmark. The company is a supplier of mixers and bathroom fittings through retailers such as plumbing wholesalers, tile stores, bathroom and kitchen stores. Through the acquisition, Svedbergs strengthens its position in the Danish market.
