Stena Adactum acquires the majority of shares in DMC

Stena Adactum has acquired the majority of the shares in media production company Stockholm Digital Media Centre AB (DMC). The founders will remain as shareholders.

DMC is a media production company, specialized in providing production services within television and internet, including post-processing, monitoring of live broadcasts, commentary, live-streaming, as well as OTT solutions, where the majority of the business is focused on the sports segment and remote production.
