Saab divests its Laser Rangefinder Business
Saab AB has completed a transaction whereby Lumibird Photonics Sweden AB acquires Saab’s laser rangefinder business.
The transaction, which was signed in March 2021, has been subject to a number of conditions, including regulatory approvals, all of which have now been fulfilled. Lumibird Photonics Sweden AB, is a newly established subsidiary to Lumibird SA, one of the world’s leading specialists in lasers.
Mannheimer Swartling advised Saab AB in connection with the transaction.
