PR Vård Holding AB divests PR Vård to Capio Närsjukvård
PR Vård Holding AB has entered into an agreement to divest all of its shares in PR Vård to Capio Närsjukvård.
PR Vård conducts home healthcare services in five out of eight primary care areas in Stockholm County and operates a child and adolescent medical clinic and a health center on Södermalm. PR Vård has about 600 employees and performs almost 1,000,000 home healthcare visits a year.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
