Polarium has raised USD 100 million in equity capital

The Swedish energy storage company Polarium has closed a SEK 955 million (approx. USD 100 million) investment made by AMF Tjänstepension.

The transaction values Polarium to approximately USD 1 billion making Polarium the latest contribution to Swedish unicorn status companies. The equity raised will enable Polarium to maintain its high growth pace, accelerate innovation, and invest across all functions.

Polarium was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
