Nordic Climate Group acquires MV-Jäähdytys

Nordic Climate Group expands to Finland by its acquisition of MV-Jäähdytys (“MV”).

MV is Finland’s leading independent supplier of heating and cooling services, including installation, maintenance, and repairs for cooling and heating systems and industrial kitchens. Five service centres provide round-the-clock service throughout Finland for more than 45,000 systems. The company has experienced strong growth; turnover exceeds EUR 30 million and MV currently employs around 200 people. The transaction is conditioned upon merger clearance.
