Mölnlycke enters into a EUR 350 million credit facility agreement
On 28 April 2023, Mölnlycke entered into a new EUR 350 million multicurrency revolving credit facility agreement. The facility has a tenor of five years with two one-year extension options and is provided by a syndicate of seven Nordic and international banks.
The facility is a refinancing of the existing and undrawn revolving credit facility from 2017 and will be used as a backup for general corporate purposes.
