Mesa Laboratories acquires Gyros Protein Technologies

Mesa Laboratories, Inc. has acquired 100% of the shares in Gyros Protein Technologies AB for a total consideration of USD 180 million, subject to purchase price adjustments. Gyros Protein Technologies was acquired from AP6 (the Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund acting through SLS Invest AB), Ampersand Capital Partners and various minority shareholders.

Gyros Protein Technologies, with headquarters in Uppsala, Sweden, is a leading provider of immunoassay and peptide synthesis solutions that accelerate the discovery, development and manufacturing of biotherapeutics.
